- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related activities.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
- Manage attendance records and assist in payroll coordination.
- Handle basic queries from employees regarding HR policies and processes.
- Contribute to performance management and training & development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- A proactive attitude and team spirit.
