Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.

• Assist with the onboarding process, including induction sessions and handling HR documentation.
• Update and maintain accurate employee information in Google Sheets and internal systems.
