Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will play a vital role in executing HR processes, supporting recruitment activities, and enhancing employee relations. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in HR and gain comprehensive experience in a professional HR setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, sourcing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by preparing necessary documents, scheduling orientations, and ensuring an effective integration for new hires.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, handle leave management, and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist with resolving basic employee relations issues under HR guidance.
Performance Management Support:
- Assist in tracking employee performance metrics, preparing appraisal documentation, and gathering feedback for performance evaluations.
Payroll and Benefits Coordination:
- Collaborate with the finance team to support payroll processing, assist with benefits administration, and answer employee payroll-related questions.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance standards, and assist in tracking necessary regulatory documentation.
Training Coordination:
- Organize training sessions, assist in tracking participant attendance, gather feedback, and support the continuous improvement of training programs.
Event Support:
- Help plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and other internal engagement initiatives.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Contribute to special HR projects, including research on HR trends, developing new HR processes, and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
