Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The Assistant HR will provide crucial support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective management of HR tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Employee Documentation:

  • Recruitment Support:

    • Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding Assistance:

    • Help with the preparation of onboarding materials, coordinate new hire orientations, and ensure new employees have a positive onboarding experience.

    Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in human resources and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
  • Onboarding:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting onboarding sessions, and ensuring new employees have a smooth transition.
  • Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • HR Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing HR documents and files.
  • Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data and assist in administering employee benefits programs.
  • Compliance Support:

  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting with HR audits.
  • HR Reporting:

  • Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics such as employee attendance, turnover, and leave balances.
  • Learning & Development:

  • Participate in HR training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of HR practices and processes.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.

    • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices, and assist in implementing innovative HR solutions.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
