HR Executive - Fresher

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our growing HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to various HR functions. As an HR Executive, you will be involved in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and other HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment.

• Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and systems.

• Performance Management Support: Assist in coordinating performance reviews, collecting feedback from managers, and ensuring that employee appraisals are conducted on time.

• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

• Training and Development: Support the coordination of training programs and workshops, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled and participants have the necessary resources.

• HR Documentation: Assist in drafting and updating HR documents, such as policies, procedures, contracts, and internal communications.

• Compliance and Policies: Help ensure the company adheres to labor laws and internal HR policies, supporting audits and compliance checks.

• HR Reports: Assist in generating HR reports related to employee data, recruitment, and other HR activities, helping the HR team in decision-making processes.

• Employee Engagement: Support in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives that foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers with a keen interest in human resources and employee management are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
