Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Onboarding:

Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees by preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.

Attendance and Leave Tracking:

Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets.

HR Operations:

Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including payroll processing and benefits management.

Employee Engagement:

Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and events.

Policy Communication:

Ensure effective communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports and support decision-making.

Training Coordination:

Support the scheduling and coordination of employee training and development programs.

Compliance Support:

Ensure HR practices align with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
