This job is provided by apna.co The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively support employees and business operations.
Location: Pharma warehouse,Chintal, Balnagar, Hyderabad
Company: Ascent wellness and Pharma solutions
Experience: Min 2 years of experience in warehouse as a HR
CTC: upto 5LPA
Work timings: 10AM-7PM, 6 days working
Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Track training attendance and maintain related records.
Ensure smooth transition and documentation closure.
