We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, while playing a pivotal role in creating a positive workplace culture.

• Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and feedback programs.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Address employee queries and provide resolutions to HR-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and training plans.
• Ensure the smooth execution of payroll and benefits administration.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
