Introduction

A2Zee HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. As a key player in the HR industry, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities to support the organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Coordinateemployee onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations issues
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  

Experience: 0 3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Location: Jaipur

Salary Range: Up to 15K
