Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized HR Event Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about planning and executing employee engagement events, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Assist in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, team-building events, and other HR-related functions.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to organize logistics for events.

Communication: Create and distribute event invitations, announcements, and reminders to employees.

Budget Management: Assist in managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effective planning.

Logistics: Coordinate event logistics such as seating arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.

Employee Engagement: Support the HR team in fostering employee engagement through well-organized events and programs.

Feedback Collection: Gather post-event feedback from attendees to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to ensure events align with the company's goals and employee engagement strategies.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Event Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR event coordination.
