Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Dashboard Intern to join our HR team. This internship is perfect for MBA & BBA students who are passionate about data analysis and HR operations. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining HR dashboards that provide valuable insights into HR metrics and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection: Gather and organize data from various HR sources, including employee records, attendance systems, and performance management tools.

Dashboard Creation: Assist in designing and maintaining HR dashboards that display key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment progress.

Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to the HR team and management.

Report Generation: Prepare and present HR reports based on dashboard data for internal stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to ensure accurate data input and reporting.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and the overall functionality of HR dashboards.

Compliance: Ensure that all data handling complies with company policies and legal requirements.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of dashboard processes, data sources, and reporting guidelines.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA student with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
