The primary responsibility will be lead generation (90 PERCENT ), using platforms like LinkedIn, email, and other digital sources to identify and qualify potential clients. The remaining 10 PERCENT of the role will involve supporting HR and general administrative tasks.

- Research, identify, and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, messaging, and personalized communication.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information and follow-up schedules.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to pass on qualified leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine lead generation strategies.
- Draft compelling emails and messages in professional English to engage prospects.
- Report daily/weekly lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for various job roles.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Help manage onboarding and documentation processes.
- Support general office administration and coordination tasks.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
