Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is perfect for BBA & MBA graduates who are eager to gain experience in various HR functions, including recruitment support, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining candidate records.

Employee Relations: Provide support in managing employee queries, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.

HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, assist in document management, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.

HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

Compliance: Ensure that HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.

Training Support: Coordinate and support training programs and employee development initiatives.

Performance Management Support: Assist in the performance appraisal process and support employee feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA or MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
