Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Coordinator (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and assisting in scheduling interviews.

• Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing orientation materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

• HR Administration: Provide administrative support, including managing HR documents, organizing files, and maintaining employee records in compliance with company policies.

• Employee Relations: Assist the HR team in fostering positive employee relations by helping coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and feedback sessions.

• Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processes by collecting employee information, verifying details, and assisting with benefits administration.

• Compliance Monitoring: Help ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies by assisting with HR audits and compliance checks.

• Database Management: Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.

• Reporting: Assist in generating HR reports and tracking key metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and leave balances.

• Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance HR knowledge and skills.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support the overall HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to grow in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
