Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and eager to contribute to various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and updating job postings.

Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a positive new hire experience.

Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

HR Operations: Provide support for day-to-day HR functions, including preparing reports and managing HR-related documentation.

Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Compliance Management: Ensure all HR activities adhere to labor laws and company regulations.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events and training programs.

Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to improve HR processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and team members to implement HR initiatives.

General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
