Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about HR operations, employee engagement, and maintaining efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management and document preparation.
Recruitment Assistance:
- Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and follow-up on probation reviews.
- Manage exit formalities and ensure proper documentation during offboarding.
Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
HR Policy Implementation:
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Payroll and Benefits Support:
- Assist in payroll processing and handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and attendance.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, and generate periodic HR reports as required.
General Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between employees and HR, addressing routine inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR coordination or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
