Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and analytical HR Competency Mapping Trainee to join our HR team. This role is perfect for freshers interested in understanding and developing competency frameworks that align with business goals and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Competency Analysis: Assist in analyzing and identifying the skills and competencies required for various roles within the organization.

Competency Framework Development: Help develop and implement competency models that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Job Role Assessment: Support in evaluating job roles and mapping them to the required competencies for performance and career progression.

Data Collection: Gather and analyze employee performance data to assess competency gaps and training needs.

Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to competency mapping activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and department heads to ensure alignment between competency mapping and business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the competency framework and related HR processes.

Training Support: Help in identifying and organizing training programs to bridge competency gaps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in competency mapping and human resource development.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
