The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for providing staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs.

General Responsibilities
- Key participant in the development of annual salary structures, compensation analyses and benefit program / activities
- Performs audits on job content as well as creating and maintaining job descriptions
- Reviews and provides recommendations on compensation analyses such as market adjustments and promotions
- Key participant in compensation and benefit surveys to analyze the company’s position to market and competitiveness
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Complete a total remuneration competitive assessment of existing C&B practices against the local market to determine go forward competitive strategy
- Maintains a working knowledge of national legislation influencing compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate, provide support, analytics and systems administration for the annual compensation planning process (including salary planning and bonus allocations)
- Help to develop and improve internal compensation communication and education
- Manage group insurance vendor, monitor service quality and internal process, review the plan and contract on annual basis
- Provide HR integration support for company acquisitions by analyzing and converting appropriately M&A compensation programs to Sensata structure as needed
- Knowledge of WorkDay is a plus
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
