Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Collaboration Coordinator to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

Department Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between HR and other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on HR-related activities.

Partner Engagement: Manage relationships with external HR partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful collaboration on HR initiatives.

HR Event Coordination: Assist in organizing HR-related events, including training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Project Support: Provide administrative support to HR projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on deliverables.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between HR and various stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on collaborative efforts, partnerships, and project outcomes.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in HR collaboration processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of collaborative efforts, agreements, and partnership details.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
