- Planning and Scheduling the induction
- Giving a overview of HR policy and basic view of Scapa product slide
- Collecting set of Documents & Joining reports
- Ensuring employees workstation and laptop
- Adding Details in the Grey tip (if employee in on roll)
- Getting feedback for Induction
- Training
- Preparing Training calendar
- Finalising trainer
- Hotel arrangements for training
- Getting training Requirements from the trainer and transport for trainer
- Getting attendance and Feedback form the participants list
- Ensuring Punctuality & overall Arrangements
- Salary Checking
- OT Double checking with manual & Biometric punch
- On daily basis Linking attendance with grey tip
- Checking contractors bill
- ESI card for all employees
- Ensuring attendance bonus & OT for all employees
- Admin
- Ensuring Housekeeping activities
- Security Maintenance
- Canteen management
- Bus/Van co-ordination
- Maintaining Garden
- Maintenance of Stationary & safety Shoes & Napkin Incinator
- Getting Visiting cards, ID cards for new joiners
- Others
- Ensuring gift vouchers for employees birthday
- Sending In punch to employees
- Induction
