Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive talent management, learning, and career development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
