Fiery India: Fiery Digital Imaging India (formerly known as EFI India Pvt. Ltd.) is the largest Software R&D Centre for Fiery LLC. Located in Whitefield, Bengaluru, we have a headcount of ~600 employees that includes engineering, QA, IT, finance, HR and facilities.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR services to the Fiery Business Unit (BU) in India
  • Provide employees and managers with support and guidance on core HR processes
  • Consult/partner with managers on a variety of employee relations, compensation, and policy matters
  • Work with managers on building development plans and other initiatives to drive engagement and retention
  • Assist managers with requests regarding headcount, market data, data analytics and org structure scenarios as needed
  • Advise on and ensure compliance and consistent application of employment laws and company policies
  • Responsible for employee life cycle HR activities: recruitment and selection, onboarding and assimilation, employee development, performance management, and management of employee relations issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives / process enhancements
  • Conduct new employee orientations, exit interviews
  • Build strong relationships with employees and managers; own and drive creative engagement initiatives and events at team and site level
  • Resolve issues between management and employees; Coach managers through the conflict resolution process
  • Manage & facilitate investigations
  • Support change management

Job Requirements

Education Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or other related field

Experience: 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources Business Partnering experience

Skills

  • Technical knowledge of Human Resources specialties including employment law, employee relations, management coaching, organizational development, training, engagement and compensation
  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems, can drive things to closure
  • Ability to prioritize and work well in fast paced environment
  • Ability to navigate through a matrix organization and ambiguity
  • Ability to collaborate across teams / regions and build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders and vendors
  • Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data
  • Ability to work independently
