Job Summary: The HR Business Analyst will support the RDS business unit globally by leveraging data analytics and HR expertise to drive strategic initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing HR metrics, managing HR projects, and providing insights to improve employee life cycle processes. This role requires proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI, and various HR tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards using PowerBI.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
HR Project Management:
Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
HR Tools & Systems:
Utilize HR tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Train HR staff on the use of new tools and technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
Experience with HR tools and systems (e.g., Visier).
Strong knowledge of the employee life cycle and HR best practices.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Certification in HR analytics or project management.
Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
