Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented HR Behavioral Insights Analyst to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze employee data to identify trends in behavior, engagement, and performance.

Insights Generation: Develop actionable insights based on data analysis to inform HR strategies and initiatives.

Surveys and Assessments: Design and implement employee surveys and assessments to gather feedback and measure satisfaction.

Reporting: Create and present reports on findings, highlighting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and performance.

Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational metrics against industry standards.

Training Support: Assist in developing training materials based on behavioral insights and data findings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Data Analysis, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
