Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Associate to join our team at Durafloor Concrete Solutions LLP. The HR Associate will be responsible for handling various human resources tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a good understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, attendance, and leaves.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations including payroll support, benefits administration, and employee queries.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
• Assist in compliance with labor laws and ensure HR practices align with company policies.
• Coordinate and participate in performance management activities such as reviews and feedback sessions.
• Support the HR Manager in other administrative and HR-related tasks.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR roles preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
