Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support HR operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, policy implementation, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Handle employee queries and assist in resolving basic HR-related concerns.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support the HR team in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR support roles or internships.
• Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.

Work Location & Setup:

• Work-from-office role in Hyderabad. Candidates must be willing to work from the company's Hyderabad office.
