Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our human resources team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their careers in HR and eager to support various HR functions, including recruitment, administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistance: Help with job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.

Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating training sessions.

Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

Employee Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related questions.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR documents.

Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.

Event Planning: Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.

Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and suggest enhancements to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
