Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Assist in preparing onboarding documents and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records and handle HR-related paperwork and documentation.
• Employee Relations: Help address employee inquiries and assist in creating a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure that HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Data Management: Update and manage employee information in HR systems.
• Training Support: Help organize and coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
• General HR Support: Provide overall assistance to the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
