Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our human resources team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers eager to start their career in HR and assist in various administrative and HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
• Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating recruitment activities.
• Employee Onboarding: Help in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete necessary documentation and are integrated smoothly.
• HR Data Management: Update and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) with accurate employee information.
• Document Preparation: Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other reports.
• Employee Relations Support: Provide assistance with employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Event Coordination: Help organize internal HR events such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and team-building events.
• Compliance Support: Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or pursuing).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
