Your challenges


  • To post job ads in workday.
  • Participate in active sourcing.
  • Screening and shortlisting the resumes.
  • Conduct initial phone screens.
  • Schedule calls and interviews.
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist in case of clarifications.
  • Recruitment report updates.
  • Support in candidate’s background verifications.
  • Knowledge about recruitment life cycle.
  • Support in Mercer test scheduling.
  • Support in other HR activities as required.
  • To compile the statutory report for India and MEA.
  • To support in creating quick guides for the APA policies.


Your expertise


  • We are looking for fresh graduates or candidates holding MBA In Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional experience in MS office tools is desired (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
