Position Summary:

We are seeking an HR and Digital Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on sourcing talent through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and other digital tools to identify and attract top talent.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Job Postings: Create and manage engaging job advertisements across multiple online platforms.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on digital recruiting trends and implement best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure success and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of digital recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
