Hotel Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Hotel Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the hotel and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically. Execute Hyatt’s method of hotel operation in accordance with Hyatt’s Corporate and Functional strategies, Grand Brand Standards of performance, policies, systems and procedures. Responsible for the planning and orchestrating all major programes to achieve anticipated results for the hotel by means of coordination, delegation and supervision of all available resources.
