• Basic Education
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or caregiving role, preferably in an educational or hostel setting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassion and ability to handle student concerns sensitively.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
  
  

Job Roles

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel and ensure the well-being of the students.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a positive environment in the hostel.
• Provide emotional and practical support to students living in the hostel.
• Monitor and manage students’ schedules, including study times and extracurricular activities.
• Handle emergencies and coordinate with school administration and parents as needed.
