Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Attending installation / break-down/PMVs for Labtec products.
* Achieving given RT/TAT/DT
* Good technical knowledge of Compliance
* To generate business on VAS products like ACC/MCL/GWP/Trainings, etc.
* Cross lead / spares business
* Regular Customer visits to create good repo. and add on new business opportunities
* Ensuring contract and warranty renewals with the help of service salesperson and contract admin team
* Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service Kpi's
What You Need to Succeed
* Diploma or B.E in EC / IC with min. 1-2 yrs. Experience in the same field.
* Overall and Specific Experience: Labtech Product (Analytical Weighing Balance & Halogen Moisture)
* Good technical knowledge on Compliance and Labtech products,
