Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Hiring Manager to join our recruitment team. This role is essential for driving our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Interviewing: Lead the interview process, including conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and providing feedback to hiring teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.

Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the employer brand.

Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve the hiring process and identify areas for enhancement.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
