Job Description

We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Executives for our Godrej Loan Sales process. This role focuses on selling financial loan products such as Home Loans, Business Loans, and other secured/unsecured loan services to potential customers.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch loan products (Home Loan / Business Loan / Other Loans).
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure documentation is collected and submitted on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the CRM system.
  • Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Educate customers on loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and other product benefits.
  • Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for application processing and loan disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales (Home Loan / Business Loan / any banking loan process).
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong sales approach.

Job Details

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
  • Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
  • Salary: ₹27,000 In-Hand (Up to ₹32,000 CTC)
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
  • Location: Kasarvadavali, Thane
  • Transport: Centralized pick-up and drop from Thane Station
