This role involves building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and working closely with hiring managers or clients.
- Must have 2+ Years of experience working with Aya Healthcare Clients.
- Should have work experience in Lotus MSP
- Source and attract Clinical & Non Clinical professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, interviewing, coordinating credentialing, extending offers, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals.
