Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing:HCEs are responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing marketing strategies to promote Pfizer's products
  • Healthcare Professional Relationships:HCEs build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Product Knowledge:HCEs must possess a strong understanding of Pfizer's products, including their benefits, uses, and potential side effects.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting:HCEs analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • New Business Development:HCEs may be involved in developing new business opportunities and expanding market reach.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Sales Experience:Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly valued, according to LinkedIn.
  • Marketing Knowledge:Understanding of marketing principles and strategies is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills:HCEs must be able to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Presentation Skills:HCEs may be required to present information about Pfizer's products to healthcare professionals.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:HCEs need to be able to identify and solve problems and analyze data to track performance.
