Position: Head - Production - Heavy Fabrication
Company: A leading heavy engineering manufacturer and exporter with over 50 years of industry trust and a turnover of USD 100 million. Facilities include Ferrous Foundry, Machine Shop, Heavy Fabrication & Assembly, and Design & Engineering.
Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Eligibility Criteria:

Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in heavy fabrication production
- Current position: GM/AGM/DGM or higher in a heavy fabrication plant
- Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment, drawing study, material, welding process, and documentation
- Oversee production operations: planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure production targets and high-quality standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze production data to identify improvement areas
- Train and manage production staff
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control for smooth processes
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company policies
- Maintain and upgrade equipment as necessary
- Build and maintain supplier and vendor relationships
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- In-depth knowledge of fabrication equipment, materials, and welding processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in production management software and tools
