Job Purpose
This Role supports CBO-Power Distribution in managing all projects in the segment through Project Management Office and
PMC. This Role is responsible to ensure Project health, project performance monitoring and Project Excellence of on going
projects. Implement Project Management Controls for Budget, Cost Expenditure, and Estimating, Man-hour Productivity and
Time Schedule and Risk reporting. Ensure to the satisfaction of Head-Implementation that the PM process are well laid down,
implemented across projects uniformly.. Guide and support Head-Implementation and Project heads through data analytics and
predictive project management.. Further, this Role is responsible for developing, a) Schedule Analysis b) Critical Path
identification and analysis c) Project deliverables, d) Develop Projects AOP, e) War Room, f) Review, validate and create WBS,
g) Productivity, project cost, cost variance, h) Trending & gap analysis (RCA) through well-established PMO. Ensure overall
Project Governance.
As a Head of PMC, Plan and Mobilize Project, Ensure Project Delivery as required by Company/Client, build and sustain
harmonious relationship with external entities, adhere to Quality Management system of respective client, Demobilize after
project completion and ensure Project Handover as the Project SoP.

- Should have managed PMC in power distribution sector for atleast Rs.1000 Cr.
- As a Head of PMO this Role shall be responsible for supporting the overall project cost over Rs. 7500 Cr.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- BE (Electrical) preferably
- MBA from reputed institution
- 25+ total years of experience
- Should be well qualified, experienced and matured individual with good exposure to B2C and electricity business
- Fully knowledgeable in new technology which are used for digitization and reporting
- Capable to deploy and manage digital/automation tools.
