Head of Operations (Manufacturing Plant)

Responsibilities:

•Production, Quality, Cost and Delivery are the key responsibilities.

•Compliance to statutory and Standards.

•Planning and Execution of routine and new products management

•Administration of ISG operations

•Inhouse and Field Quality assurance

•Co work with Engineering including ME and Test Engineer and IT

•Talent Hiring, grooming and development.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

People Management, Cross function team management, Operations management including coordinating with Production, Quality, Engineering as core functions and co-work with OHS/HR/Admin and IT.

Having SMT-Surface mount technology experience would be an advantage.

ISO Internal/Lead auditor certification, PMP Certification preferred.

Position Requirements:

12 + Years in Managing Manufacturing operations

Bachelor’s degree/Engineering in Electrical & Electronics /EEE, Electronics related Engineering. MBA in Operations
