About this Position You would be responsible for leading the regional marketing team, managing budgets, and ensuring that all marketing activities support the overarching business goals. This includes owning the marketing master plan, developing and executing campaigns, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing brand development. As a key figure in marketing leadership, you would also be responsible for fostering team development, conducting market analysis, and driving growth through innovative strategies.

- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Steer all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including budget management. and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Marketing Master Plan Ownership: Own the sub-regional master plan and strategic growth plan, ensuring market expansion opportunities within the existing business and for new client acquisitions.
- Market Opportunities & Tools Development: Identify opportunities to increase brand distribution and develop customer roadmaps in alignment with key stakeholders. Ensure consistency in market sizing methodology and create effective sales tools.
- Brand Positioning & Innovation: Contribute to the development of brand positioning and innovation strategies. Implement the innovation pipeline to drive sustainable growth in the region.
- Team Coaching & Development: Coach and develop local/sub-regional project teams, fostering skill growth and leadership.
- Campaign Execution & Reporting: Implement local marketing campaigns and ensure consistency in reporting the results of campaigns and promotional actions.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors and market conditions, deriving actionable insights despite the lack of market data.
- Collaboration with External Agencies: Coordinate with external agencies on campaign concepts, strategies, and cost management.
- Local Market Programs: Define and execute local marketing programs and campaigns, including the marketing mix tailored for the region.
- Marketing Support & Product Rollouts: Provide marketing support to the team, including assisting in the rollout of new products and communication campaigns.
- Brand Management & Sales Promotions: Execute brand management activities and sales promotions on a local level.
- Resource Management: Manage necessary resources and ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5 local marketing experts, guiding them in executing effective marketing strategies.
- Minimum 8 Years of experience. (Manufacturing Industry preferred)
- Master's degree
