From the moment a consumer is thinking of placing an order, to the time the order arrives at their door and a review is posted to social media, Foodhub has solutions to drive the consumer experience, whilst adding extra value via our ecosystem of partners. The Foodhub Tech Stack is extensive: from Web and Mobile Ordering to 3rd Party Order Aggregation, Dispatch and Self-Delivery, complete Hardware/Software POS systems, extensive array of POS integrations, On-Premise Kiosks, QR Code Ordering and Payment, Table-side Mobile Order/Receipt Printers, plus an extensive product and development team to support all of this.

The Below Are The Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic medium and long term planning for the business area.
- Responsible for operational delivery and performance for all key accounts that will include non-core, franchise, and stadiums.
- Strategic ability to identify process issues, devise solutions and work through resolution
- Define strategic objectives for managers and agents, along with the team members
- Deliver growth from key accounts globally through effective account management
The below are the skillsets required;
- 5 years experience in a senior management position within a Contact Centre environment.
- Experience in Account Management of high turnover, high profile clients.
- Confident leader of people, with experience of having direct management reports.
- Hands-on leader who is detail focused
- Outcome focussed
- A Positive, Can Do attitude
- Who is solution driven
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys a challenge
- Easily builds relationships with colleagues, both within own team and cross-departmental
