We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join our executive team at ELGI Electric And Industries Limited. in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in various HR functions to drive the companys growth and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Strong capability in managing employer-employee relationships to ensure harmony and productivity within the organization.
  • Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in developing and implementing performance management systems that drive employee engagement and business results.
  • HR Compliance (Mandatory skill): Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance to ensure the organization meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the company.
  • Talent Acquisition: Proficiency in recruiting and retaining top talent to meet the companys staffing needs and future growth plans.
  • Organizational Development: Experience in designing and implementing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development.
  • Change Management: Expertise in managing change initiatives within the organization to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Leadership Development: Skills in developing training programs that cultivate leadership abilities and support succession planning within the company.

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations to mitigate legal risks and maintain operational integrity.
  • Lead the performance management process to drive employee performance and development.

  • Manage change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems by employees.
