What you’ll be working on?

Brand Leadership

  • Develop and own the visual identity and design language of the brand — across web, social, campaigns, product marketing, customer communications, events, and more.
  • Define and enforce brand and creative guidelines to ensure visual consistency and high standards across all channels in alignment with our product category and with a focus on our target audience.

Strategic Thinking

  • Partner with the marketing, marketing engineering, product leadership & product design teams to align creative direction with broader company goals and market strategy.
  • Translate positioning, product benefits, and campaign objectives into compelling, on-brand visuals that drive results.
  • Contribute to brand messaging strategy and help ensure design and narrative work hand in hand.

Team Building & Operations

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing in-house design team, covering all core design disciplines — brand, digital, motion, product marketing, and content design.
  • Set up clear, efficient design execution, iteration, version control and review processes, with a balance of creativity and speed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (freelancers, agencies, vendors) to meet creative demands as we grow.

Execution & Oversight

  • Oversee the development of all marketing creative assets — website landing pages, social media, paid ads, product videos, one-pagers, sales decks, event booths, and more.
  • Review and approve all high-impact creative work to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Be hands-on — especially for high-priority or high-visibility project

What are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience in creative and design roles, with at least 3 years leading a marketing design function in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven success in building and scaling a brand identity in growth or maturity phases.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative output to marketing and product direction.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design craft across brand, digital, and performance marketing.
  • Experience working with US-based SMB and mid-market audiences is a strong plus.
  • Deep proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI design tool like Midjourney, Sora and motion graphic tools.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience working with web development team to push designs live.
  • Knowledge of motion design, video storytelling, or interactive formats.
  • Familiarity with demand gen, conversion-focused creative, or growth marketing principles
