- Conduct Voice Tests and Assessment.
- Identify Call Defects.
- Record and Report all the Call Logs and Issues pertaining to them.
- Support Process Improvements by mentoring the team with inputs on betterment of the communication.
- Make Necessary Reports regarding the entire protocol taken. ### Requisite Skills:
- Should be compulsory from the Finance sector - Share marketing/ Stock Broking background.
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. ### Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate ### Package: 3-4 LPA ### Locations: Indore
