Qualifications and Skills

• Cocktail Crafting (Mandatory skill): Expertise in crafting both classic and modern cocktails that meet customer preferences.
• Bar Operations (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of daily bar operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
• MODERN COCKTAILS (Mandatory skill): Ability to create modern cocktails with unique flavor profiles and presentations.
• Beverage Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of various beverages including wines, spirits, and beer.
• Inventory Management: Proficiency in managing bar inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand.
• Staff Training: Experience in training and development of bar staff to maintain service excellence.
• Menu Development: Ability to develop and upgrade beverage menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Quality Control: Skilled in maintaining high quality standards in drink preparation, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
