Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust financial strategies, policies, and frameworks to ensure strong financial governance.
Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.
Oversee accounting operations, including accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS and regulatory standards.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting cycles.
Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and improved operational efficiency.
Drive initiatives to enhance profitability while maintaining cost controls.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including direct and indirect taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.
Lead the external audit process and ensure timely filing of financial and regulatory reports.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities as required.
Manage relationships with key financial partners and stakeholders to support the

organizations financial health.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous Qualifications & Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification; MBA in Finance is an added advantage.
10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.
Proven experience in managing financial planning, budgeting, audits, and stakeholder relations.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
