Top 1% Shopify stores in India, we have been bootstrapped and profitable with industry-leading benchmarks, we have grown from a 100 sq. ft. garage to now a 100+ people team within 3.5 years.
So, what do we do differently? We focused on making the basics the heroes of our brand. To this day, we only offer 10 carefully curated styles. It might seem unconventional in an industry where variety is often seen as the key to success, but we've not only made it possible; we've made it profitable. Our philosophy is focusing on what's important and letting go of the rest.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of branding and PR to elevate our brand’s public presence and engagement. This role is crucial for crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and enhancing our brand reputation in a competitive market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ?
- PR Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy that aligns with our brand values and business objectives, focusing on brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Media Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure positive coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively address potential challenges and protect the brand’s reputation.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of press releases, media kits, and other content that conveys our brand story and key messages.
- Event Management: Plan and execute PR events, product launches, and partnerships that engage our audience and generate buzz.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences, using insights to inform PR strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, branding, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to refine strategies.
WHO YOU ARE ?
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong network of media contacts and a deep understanding of the D2C landscape.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
