About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Head Architect to lead the design and development of township projects. This role demands a dynamic professional who can balance creative architectural solutions with practical execution, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of design, sustainability, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership:
  
  

Oversee the architectural design process for township projects from concept to completion.

Develop master plans, layouts, and detailed designs that reflect innovation, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with urban planners, landscape designers, and other specialists to create cohesive township designs.

Project Management

• Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and consultants.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to oversee construction activities and resolve design-related challenges.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Present designs, concepts, and project updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Site Visits and Travel:
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Travel extensively to project locations for on-site inspections, meetings, and coordination.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all designs meet zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into township designs.
  
  

Job Expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in large-scale township projects or urban planning.
• Certifications: Must be registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) or equivalent body.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and smart city concepts.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
